Our History
Romchat is a Chiang Mai-based construction company providing building construction and operation services. We have specialized in multi-storey concrete structure for commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational buildings and warehouses.
Established in 1983, Romchat has created a strong reputation in Northern Thailand region for delivery projects on schedule and on budget. We have experience in specialty projects such as limestone building, oxidation blower and related facilities installation for Mae Moh Power Plant in Lampang.
With our aim to serve clients outside our home region, we expanded our service to Bangkok for the first time in 2002 completing the head office of Port of Authority Thailand with value over $10,000,000. Since then, we have built good relationship with clients and become regular construction services provider for many clients including U.S. Embassy and NAVFAC Thailand. Today, Romchat’s profile covers projects every region throughout Thailand and Southeast Asia.
